450 acres comprise the community of collier’s reserve. Audubon signature co-op sanctuary, Collier’s Reserve has dedicated more than 30% of the community, some 130 acres, as a conservation area.
Collier’s Reserve is a gated, residential community of 224 single-family homes nestled peacefully along the Cocohatchee River, one of Southwest Florida’s most scenic waterways.
At the heart of Collier’s Reserve is the private equity country club featuring an 18-hole Arthur Hills designed golf course as well as Har-Tru tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, lap pool, fishing pier, and an impressive calendar of social and special interest events. Casual and fine dining options abound at the river-side Boathouse, or the Osprey Lounge and Cocohatchee Room in the Clubhouse. Lot sizes range from 1/3 to 3/4 of an acre. Although each home is custom designed, a review committee maintains architectural standards, with 2,800 square feet of living area as the minimum home size in the community.
