Bonita Bay, the master planned, gated community is celebrated for its environmental stewardship, award-winning landscaping, and creative land use, including three waterfront parks, 1,400 acres of undeveloped permanent preserve, and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths.
Bonita Bay’s on-site marina provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from the Imperial River. The marina has 80 wet slips and 300 dry storage slips. The staff will launch your boat, fuel it, assist with docking and wash your boat down at the end of the day. Backwater Jacks is a casual waterfront dining with indoor/outdoor dining and is open to all residents.
Bonita Bay Community has a beachfront park with free scheduled shuttle service from neighborhoods all over Bonita Bay. The private beach is the perfect place to end your day with a spectacular gulf coast sunset. The beach park provides free chairs and umbrellas. There are covered pavilions with BBQ grills available for reservation. Showers and restrooms and staff to assist. There is a beachfront grill during high season.

Bonita Bay, located midway between Naples and Fort Myers, is bordered by Spring Creek, Imperial River and Estero Bay. More than 1,400 of its 2,400 acres are devoted to open space, including lakes, nature preserves and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths. Residents enjoy a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico and a full-service marina with direct access to the Gulf. The beach club offers air-conditioned tram service to pick ups throughout the community. Full service marina also has waterfront dining at Backwater Jacks.
Bonita Bay Tennis, completely rebuilt in 2010, the tennis center has 18 Har-Tru courts, 13 lighted for night play, and all consistently maintained at peak playing condition. Bonita Bay Club is the only club in the country to boast two United States Professional Tennis Association Master Professionals, and has the region’s most active and competitive tennis program. There is currently a renovation with the tennis center (2015).
The community recently completed a new Championship Bocce Ball Center. A pickle ball court was also added.
Bonita Bay had a recent $11million dollar renovation on their main clubhouse. Bonita Bay Club has two dining salons overlooking the courses, live music and a dance floor. A more intimate “Fireside Room” is a jacket required dining. The “55th hole” with flatscreen TVs, brick oven for flatbreads and lite menu. Casual dress. Outdoor seating and a firepit overlooking the golf course was added. The pro shop was expanded and modernized.
Bonita Bay offers condominiums, coach homes, single-family and estate homes and high-rise towers with wonderful views on Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. A few homes have a direct Gulf access. There are currently six high rises and two mid rises.
New Construction: Stock Development is building 15 single family homes in the Bay Woods neighborhood of Bonita Bay, starting just over 2 million Ronto Group is currently building Seaglass-a luxury high rise overlooking the Estero Bay, starting at 1.3 million
Bonita Bay Golf Club
The first private 36-hole golf course in the world to achieve certification through the Audubon International Signature Program. There are three Arthur Hills Courses within the gates of Bonita Bay. The two offsite Tom Fazio courses are located on 1,000+ acres that include preserve cypress wetland, a second clubhouse with no residential development. The club is member owned and financially sound.
Memberships are full golf membership, sports membership, and BBC Naples membership (2 offsite golf courses).
